Philanthropy is defined as an active effort to promote the welfare of other human beings. Philanthropy and serving one's community is a large part of a National Panhellenic sorority member's overall experience. Each sorority on our campus specifically partners with a national philanthropy or multiple philanthropies to help raise awareness, and promote progress for their cause. Additionally, as a Greek community, members often team up to participate in community service events throughout the year which benefit various groups and causes. Some community service events that members have completed as a Panhellenic Community and as a Greek Community: Up Til' Dawn, Panhellenic Toy Drive, Relay for Life, Prom Dress Drive. Going Greek Means Getting Involved!
